Acting as Principle Contractor along with Surveyors, Cathal Wynne Associates, Szerelmey undertook external refurbishment work to the front elevation of a Georgian residential property in Maida Vale.

The restoration work included the reformation of all original stucco details, replacement of ashphalt and leadwork, repair and redecoration of metalwork and woodwork as well as the installation of new Portland stone paving to the entrance and basement areas.
