Our works involved the survey and temporary removal of a historic boundary wall to allow access ot the site. We installed the Clipsham limestone cladding to the exterior using 100mm thick stone with a corbel and restraint system. We also installed three ‘artwork’ walls by artist Susanna Heron, which are fully load bearing with a concrete core and solid stone corner pieces. Internally we laid Crosland hill paving and created the links between the existing and new building using salvaged brickwork where possible. Further works involved external landscaping.
