Szerelmey installed all the faience as well as sourcing and installing Portland stone soffits to the exterior of the building. In addition, Szerelmey laid the grey and cream agglomerate flooring. The Burlington Mews facade consists of 400 one metre tall vertical white tiles fixed with a 9 mm horizontal joint and 12 mm vertical joint, pointed with white grout. Blue tiles of the same dimensions have been used internally to line the lift lobbies and the atrium walls, with a total of 2000 units. Szerelmey designed an open jointed fixing system for the internals using a black backing.

In addition, Szerelmey installed terrazzo flooring to the reception area, lift lobbies and corridors, hand basin troughs and flooring in the lavatories, and the grand reception desk, also in terrazzo. Szerelmey also installed two grand entrances, one on Regent Street and one on New Burlington Street. The Regent Street entrance is 14 m x 3 m high with a granite plinth at the base and walls lined in Portland stone, milled to receive an abstract bronze inlay featuring a cog design. The entrance on New Burlington Street is 10 m long and lined in Fancy Beach Portland stone.
