30 Broadwick Street is an 92,300 sq. ft. office and retail development situated in the heart of Soho with elevations on Livonia Street, Poland Street and Broadwick Street. Szerelmey installed Portland stone columns, window dressings, band coursings and copings on the Livonia Street elevation. The stone was of varying thicknesses, non-load bearing and fixed back to an SFS system. In addition, Szerelmey installed the plinth using honed Cornish De Lank granite, to two elevations in thicknesses varying between 50-75mm.

The Poland Street and Broadwick Street elevations feature striking dark grey faience cladding units with a semi-metallic finish from ground floor to fifth floor. Each unit is fixed back to a unitised backing structure using stainless steel fixings. The large faience units have a strong geometric and angled profile around the window cills and reveals. The Broadwick Street elevation features green and white glazed bricks.

Szerelmey also rebuilt the party wall on the fourth elevation using reclaimed second hand yellow stocks.
