The Szerelmey Restoration team have completed work on the striking, white monolithic building, 40 Grosvenor Place, which occupies a prominent location on the corner of Grosvenor Place and Hobart Place. This large, prestigious commercial building was cleaned using the house cradle system and water, steam and hand cleaning methods on particularly stubborn areas.

This thorough cleaning has returned the white Spanish Caliza Capri limestone facades on Grosvenor Place and Hobart Place to their original magnificence. Caliza Capri is quarried in Southern Spain and is a rich, creamy white stone containing some small fossils that give the surface an interesting and lively aspect.
