Package Value: £2.2M

The former City of Westminster Magistrates Court on Horseferry Road was demolished to make way for a new development of luxury residential homes. Designed by architects Grid Architects, this new building incorporates 129 luxury apartments featuring impressive interiors to a high specification, set around a landscaped courtyard and approached via a grand entrance on Horseferry Road.

Szerelmey installed beautiful hand set Moleanos limestone cladding to the nine floors of the exterior and an opulent Carioca Gold granite 900 mm plinth. In addition we installed bush hammered carioca gold granite to the balconies. Of particular interest on this project was the speed of completion. Szerelmey were installing cladding to the lower floors while the structural concrete was still being poured to the upper floors.

Szerelmey also installed the cladding and hard landscaping to the courtyard using flamed and honed Azul Noche granite which included laying 400 square metres of paving, stepping stones, planters and a water feature.
