CONSULTATION
Our experienced specialists offer technical advice, specification development, material advice and cost-effective solutions for repair.
FULL FAÇADE CLEANING
Our teams carry out full façade cleaning using the most appropriate methods. All repairs and restoration are done by our skilled craftsmen.
TERRACOTTA AND FAIENCE
We are one of the few specialists in terracotta and faience on both the Restoration Division and new build.
REMODELLING AND STRUCTURAL REPAIRS
We undertake structural repairs and modifications, making new entrances, creating mezzanine levels, staircases, ramps, changing use of building.
LEAD WORK
Our team can repair, restore and replace all types of lead work.
CARPENTRY AND JOINERY
We can carry out repairs, restoration and replacement of historic and modern wooden elements such as doors, windows, stairs, panelling, ceiling, floors and structural wood pieces.
FULL INTERIOR CLEANING
Our teams will carry out full interior cleaning and can work on buildings that remain in full use. We can mobilise quickly for emergency cleaning jobs and are skilled in paint/graffiti removal.
RETAINED FACADES
Our experienced team work with retained facades, and also with dismantling facades, loggings, marking and storing, and full façade reinstatement. We can “stretch” reinstated facades to form new storeys and match like for like stonework.
PAINTING AND DECORATING
Our team are skilled in decorative painting and general painting and decorating.
WINDOW RESTORATION, REPAIR AND REPLACEMENT
We can undertake all types of historic and contemporary window restoration, repair, replacement and decoration.
METAL WORK
Our teams can carry out specialist metalwork repairs, restoration and rebuilding of historic wrought and cast ironwork.
STONEMASONRY
We have a number of trained banker masons in our team who are experienced in stonemasonry, carving, insitu repairs, replacement and fixing.
SURVEYING
We undertake full envelope condition surveys producing detailed reports, and can use photogrammetry when required. We carry out sample cleaning.
RENDERING
We have a team of plasterers who are skilled in working with lime plaster, decorative plaster finishes, lime washes and lime renders. We can also carry out modern plastering and rendering.
ROOF WORK
We are experienced in carrying out full restoration and replacement of different types of roofing including historic, fragile structures.
REPAIR, REPLACEMENT REFURBISHMENT
Our experience craftsmen and stonemason can carry out repairs and replacement to natural stone, terracotta, stucco, render, faience, brickwork, concrete terrazzo, hard landscaping.
SPECIALIST CLEANING
Our cleaning team are skilled in paint removal from natural stone, faience, terracotta and stucco surfaces. We can clean other stubborn stains too and use a variety of methods.
