Szerelmey has been working hard remotely and we have a great IT set up that has really helped. Some of our teams are starting back to carefully managed sites with new H&S procedures in place too, which is good news. To keep our internal and external communications going we have been utilising Teams and Zoom for conference calls; it is nice to actually see your colleagues and clients.
We have regular face to face staff meetings and social events in our office which have stopped now due to Covid-19 and its restrictions on workplace environment. But the remote working has not stopped us from having social and team events. We had our first virtual quiz last week held on Teams with one of our senior contracts managers acting as the quiz master. We had a great time with about 25 questions which were read out and more than 25 quizzers participated at the same time. Many questions were related to Covid 19, history, celebrity and things from around the world and also had some questions about stonework.

Szerelmey has two divisions, Restoration and New Build Services. Our Restoration team undertakes all types of restoration, refurbishment and remodeling on heritage properties across London and the surrounding area. Our New Build team specialize in the design, supply and installation of external and internal stone, faience, brick and other hard bodied materials and can offer full wall build up and secondary/supporting work.
