Our Restoration and New Build teams have just finished an extensive package of works on 11-15 Grosvenor Crescent in the heart of Belgravia. The Grade II listed sweeping crescent combines sympathetically restored, historic facades to the front with a striking, contemporary extension to the rear elevation, with the complicated works transforming the existing buildings into a series of 12 residential properties. The Restoration team delivered a varied package of works that included the complete cleaning, repair and restoration of three grand internal staircases, cleaning and repair to 15 Portland stone dormers, in situ restoration and stonework indenting across the external facades and extensive repointing of the stone and brickwork. To the rear of the properties the New Build team installed all of the new Portland Stone external cladding to form the new contemporary extension and the new stone-faced, precast concrete party wall between buildings 10 and 11.
